Scouting
Cub Scout Pack 300 at St. Joseph’s is a program that helps teach our children about teamwork, responsibility, dedication but most of all we have fun. Pack 300 is a small group: with usually ten to twenty boys, ages ranging from six to eleven years old. Pack 300’s primary goal is to be an organization that provides parents and their children opportunities to bond and build memorable experiences in a faith-based environment. Our yearly agenda normally includes:
Once-monthly Pack Meetings
Once-monthly Den Meetings
Annual Fall Popcorn Sale
Annual Fall Campout
Pinewood Derby Race & Workshops
Spring Fundraiser
Raingutter Regatta
Annual Spring Campout
Other activities include performing “good turns” for St. Joseph ’s Catholic Church and School as well as the surrounding community such as Christmas caroling and roadside/lakeside cleanup details.
The St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and School children and parental support unit is the best around! They make Pack 300 Scouting a safe, fun, and wonderful experience for any parent or child who wishes to participate.
So, climb aboard!!!
