St. Joseph Elementary
St. Joseph Catholic Church & School in Anderson, SC operates under the auspices of the Diocese of Charleston. An integral part of the parish of St. Joseph Catholic Church, we celebrate more than 40 years as part of the educational community of Anderson.
We are committed to Catholic religious foundation, especially one that is true to the Magisterium. Our entire program is instilled with a moral, ethical, and spiritual dimension that is based upon the traditions and teachings of the Catholic faith.
We pray and worship together. Where appropriate, we receive thorough preparation for reception of the Blessed Sacrament. We welcome and respect students and families of other faith traditions and hope that their presence in our school will enrich their understanding of our faith and encourage them to serve God more fully in their own Church.
Our elementary school offers Kindergarten through 5th grade classes. We strive to provide an optimal educational environment for every child. We have a low teacher-student ratio with an optimal enrollment goal of 18 students per class.
